Ann Demeulemeester's 2016 Fall/Winter Collection Has a Hair Obsession

Designer Sébastien Meunier continues to liberate the brand from its traditional Demeulemeester language for his latest collection. Still retaining hints of romanticism throughout, Meunier's presentation was much bolder in its use of color and textures. Commenting on the collection being an "expression of hair," materials including mohair, and long strands of the sort were used alongside floral and graphic prints for offerings of glossy outwear and fitted trousers.
